* How does the premium guarantee work?

Simply ask us to give you a no-obligation quotation for your property portfolio. To qualify for this offer, the portfolio must include at least 15 properties or have a total combined building sum insured of at least £2 Million.

This offer is subject to underwriters' normal underwriting acceptance criteria. You will be offered a property owners quotation at least 5% lower than your current insurer's invited renewal premium or your best alternative quotation. Cover must be on equivalent terms and you must provide evidence of your current insurer's invited renewal premium or the alternative quotation supplied by another insurer.

The saving of at least 5% will apply only to your current cover and will not be applied to any further policy adjustments or optional covers you add later.
