How we handle your claim
In many cases, we have authority from insurance companies to handle claims on their behalf, including making payments. This means that our service to you is not dependent upon insurers’ responses and it allows us to speed up the claims handling and settlement process. When you contact us to make a claim, you will be given the option of having the insurer handle your claim if your prefer that.
